[Darkpaw]

"Hey!" Darkpaw exclaimed, jumping back as Ninjapaw bit into his leg. He lifted it up and started to lick the wound; he was glad it wasn't too deep. He then turned his amber eyes to Ninjapaw and growled quietly under his breath. His tail twitched as he meowed, "So, what you two up to?" He pricked his ears as he waited for a response.

[Ninjapaw]

"we are going to hunt!!" Ninjapaw said with happiness " want to come?" he asked Darkpaw. "oh, and do not jump on me again!" Ninjapaw yelled.

[Darkpaw]

Darkpaw rolled his eyes. "All right, I'll come along," he replied. He then narrowed his eyes and snarled at Ninjapaw, but then smiled tauntingly. "What, you don't like a bit of fun?" he teased, his bristling tail lashing back and forth on the ground.

[Ninjapaw]

Ninjapaw ignored Darkpaw. "just follow us." Ninjapaw said. He walked to a mouse. He jumped on it and killed it.

[Darkpaw]

Darkpaw muttered something under his breath and followed silently, his ears pricked for prey. He suddenly heard the flutter of wings and saw a sparrow fly to the ground. He instinctivly dropped into a crouch, stalking silently towards his prey. He kept himself low to the ground, trying to keep his weight on his haunches instead of his paws. He then stopped two tail-lengths away, getting ready to spring. He then launched himself at the sparrow and caught it in his claws, killing it with a swift bite to the neck. Gently, Darkpaw picked up his prey and buried it near a large tree so he could come back for it later. He then followed back behind Morningpaw and Ninjapaw, his tail tip twitching.

[Ninjapaw]

"nice kill" Ninjapaw said to Darkpaw.Ninjapaw saw a bird. Ninjapaw slowly Jumped on it and then killed it.

[Darkpaw]

"Thanks," Darkpaw replied. He looked up into the sky and watched the soft white clouds float in it. Will it ever rain? he thought. I'm surprised the prey is running like this when it has hardly rained this leaf-bare. He shoved the thought away, trying not to let it bother him. He scented the air and tried to pick up the scent of prey, but he couldn't. "Let's keep moving," he suggested. "Maybe we can find some prey somewhere else since there isn't much around here."

[Ninjapaw]

"we should." Ninjapaw answered. "Let's go to the twoleg nest. If your not scared" Ninjapaw tased.

[Darkpaw]

"I am not scared!" Darkpaw snapped, gritting his teeth. "Let's go!" He then took off towards the Twoleg nest, moving swiftly through the undergrowth. Why should I be scared of a bunch of Twolegs? he thought. They can't do any harm to me. His tail tip twitched as he slowed down, waiting for Ninjapaw to catch up.

[Ninjapaw]

"ha!" Ninjapaw laughed. "Hey wait up!" ninjapaw yelled. Ninjapaw run to catch up. Twolegs, I can't wait to see one!.

[Darkpaw]

"You have to be quicker than that!" Darkpaw called and ran in the direction of the Twoleg nest again. He didn't go as fast as he was before, only because he didn't want to leave Ninjapaw behind. I wonder what Twolegs look like? he wondered. He had heard many stories about them and some vague descriptions, but he's never seen one himself. His pelt bristled in excitement at the thought of actually being able to see a Twoleg for himself.

[Ninjapaw]

ninjapaw quicky catched up. "Darkpaw, Have u ever went there before?" Ninjapaw asked. "the stories said it is a brown nest." Ninjapaw said. i hope i don't get seen!

[Darkpaw]

"No, I haven't," Darkpaw replied. "But I've heard it's way different from our nests." He paused. "do you think we'll be able to run into some Twolegs?" His eyes sparkled hopefully. "I really want to see what they look like up close!"

[Ninjapaw]

"me, too!" Ninjapaw said. " we're almost there Darkpaw. I Just hope Largestar doesn't find out" Ninjapaw said. So close!

[Darkpaw]

Darkpaw nodded and started to slow down to a trot, his ears pricked in case a Twoleg did show up. He glanced around, scenting the air. He wrinkled his nose and murmured to Ninjapaw, "We're really close; I can smell the Twolegs now." His tail tip twitched and he peered through the bushes, his eyes widening as he saw the large Twoleg nest, brown in color. He then also saw two Twoleg kits running around outside it, chasing after some round and multi-colored. "What do you think they're doing?" Darkpaw whispered to Ninjapaw
