We need help, stat!

[Nightstar]

Nightstar was relieved when the ShadowClan camp finally came into view (and for the second time that day...).

"Pinepaw!" she yowled, knowing that the apprentice was knowledgable and friendly enough to assist her. "Where's your medicine cat! She's needed badly!"

OOC: Erm... if you think that Fogcloud's not going to be on for awhile, just say that she's out collecting herbs or something.

[Morningpaw]

Morningpaw heard Nightstar call for Fogcloud and then he started to look for Fogcloud to try and help but stopped when he got beside Nightstar."Nightstar do you need anything"Morningpaw said looking at Nightstar

[Nightstar]

Nightstar stared hard at the one apprentice that about drove her up a tree with annoyance, most of the time. "I NEED your Clan's medicine cat." she growled. "But evidently she's not here, if you can't find her."

She thought hard about the herbs she had learned about. Despite not really being a medicine cat, she had made an effort to learn about all of the herbs and the like that she could, which was rather easy considering her mother...

"I need marigold petals." she finally mewed. "Do you know what they're like so you could fetch some for me from your medicine cat's den?"

[Morningpaw]

Morningpaw looked at her and then ran away to get some of the things she needed."Marigold petals in the medicine den"Morningpaw said and then stopped in Fogcloud's den and looked around for Marigold petals and then spotted them and grabbed them to take them to Nightstar.

[Nightstar]

Nightstar sniffed over the motley pile of leaves and petals, and then wrinkled her nose. "That's not marigold." she mewed. "You brought me watermint, which is good for bellyache... and yarrow, which makes cats sick... and a whole bunch of other stuff..."

She pawed through the pile, and then her eyes lit up at the sight of a large, yellow petal. She picked it up carefully in her teeth and showed it to Morningpaw. "This is marigold! Can you bring me more of this? Or..." she smirked, with a gleam in her eye, "are you too small-minded to handle that?"

This isn't the time to be taunting him when you need his help, a voice in the back of her mind nagged. I know, she thought back, but he's so insolent that I can't help it, a lot of the time.

[Morningpaw]

Morningpaw saw it and then ran back to the medicine cat's den and saw a pile of Marigold leaves in the middle of the floor."How did i miss that before"Morningpaw said and grabbed them and then ran back to Nightstar."Here you are Nightstar"Morningpaw said and then set them down infront of Nightstar.

[Nightstar]

Nightstar nodded, and began chewing the leaves into a paste-like poultice. Once she was satisfied, she padded to Darkpaw, and removed the cobwebs from the slashes in his side. The bloodflow had long since stopped, and the web was stained completely red from the previous oozing of it.

Spitting some of the poultice in her mouth onto her paw, Nightstar began rubbing it into the wounds, massaging it in and putting more of the marigold on as needed. After a few minutes of this, she spat what was left of the paste out of her mouth, smacking her lips to get the bitter flavor of the petals out.

Then, sniffing over her handiwork one last time to make sure that it was satisfactory, she nudged the still unconcious Darkpaw further into the clearing. She then padded into the den that she had seen Morningpaw disappear into, figuring that it must be the medicine cat's den.

She returned with a few large and silky cobwebs wrapped carefully around her paw, and daubed them onto the wound on top of the marigold.

"Now," Nightstar meowed, "I think that's all we can do for now, or at least that I know of. It's up to StarClan now whether he wakes up, though I think that he'll be fine. I've seen Dawnflower treat worse wounds than this with success, though I've never messed with something this serious."

[Firepaw]

Poking his head out of the apprintices den,"Nightstar, what are you doing here?" Firepaw padded out of the apprentices den and sat down.

[Nightstar]

Nightstar looked over at Firepaw, who was padding out of the apprentices' den. "I've been assisting ShadowClan," she mewed, with a hint of contempt in her voice. She didn't like that she was doing so many fetching-bringing back things today, first bringing Morningpaw to camp, and then the two other missing apprentices.

"I wouldn't expect it often, though." she meowed loudly so more cats would be able to hear her. "I'm doing this because in my book it constitutes that ShadowClan now owes ThunderClan a favor for rescuing their two trapped apprentices, and bringing back one disobediant one."

[Ninjapaw]

"I could get out anytime!" Ninjapaw said. "i would find out how any was. I had a plan."

[Nightstar]

"Yeah right," Nightstar rolled her eyes. "I highly doubt that, since you were stupid enough to approach the nest in the first place."

[Morningpaw]

Morningpaw padded into the apprentices den when Firepaw walked out so Morningpaw ent out again to and followed and then sat down beside Firepaw

[Ninjapaw]

"Hey! I wanted to see a twoleg and bite one to tast their blood!" Ninjapaw responed.

[Nightstar]

OOC:

Nightstar's eyes widened. "Are you sure that you're not psychotic...?" she muttered, rather disturbed by this.

[Dustpaw]

"Well if you don't want evry other cat in camp asking why you are here... I think you have done enough. I think MOST of ShadowClan will be thankful." Pinepaw rolls his eyes at Morningpaw. "Thanks for the help, I won't forget it." Pinepaw waved good-bye with a flick of his tail.
