Honeymilk padded across the floor of his den. He looked carefully at the store of herbs and medicinal plants he had collected not long ago with his new apprentice, Pantherpaw.
His tail twitch slightly at the end -- they were a little short on cobwebs; he supposed that he had forgotten to remind himself and his apprentice to get more. But should he wait for Pantherpaw... or should he go by himself first?
The cream, emerald-eyed tom finally sighed, then walked out of the medicine cat's den, then looked up to the sky-blue, morning sky. Breathing in the fresh air, he then headed off in search of cobwebs.

Pantherpaw raced into the clearing, in search of her new mentor, Honeymilk. As soon as she found her, she skipped happily over to her. "Hi honeymilk, what are we doing today?" She said in a cheerful voice as her black pelt sparkled in the sunlight.

((Use OOC, remember? And you could always use the modify button. It's at the top right of your post(s).)) Honeymilk smiled apologetically. "Sorry, Pantherpaw," he mewed, not slowing his pace. "It looks like we forgot to collect more cobwebs. We'll have to look for more.

Pantherpaw sighed and shruged and followed Honeymilk across the camp. She looked up at her and asked "Where shall we find some?". She looked round the camp, hoping to find some cobwebs.

Honeymilk smiled gently.
"Come on, Pantherpaw," he encouraged. "Think; you need to know this before you take up my position." He smiled, and waited for her answer.
((Sorry, have been busy.... UPSR this year for me.))

Pantherpaw looked up at the sky and then onto the ground and suddenly she has an idea. "Hmm...........do we get cobwebs near trees or around dens?" Her emerald eyes sparkled in some flickers of sunlight. ((its okay. Sometimes im busy to))

(('Kay..))
Honeymilk stifled a laugh.
"Well," he mewed, continuing to walk. "I suppose you got it half right. Eight-leggeds like to make their nests in dark places... so let's go look, hm?"
A smile.

Pantherpaw smiled brightly, and raced off into a dark den, and started to look for cobwebs. "I think i see a eight-leggeds!" she called out of one of the dens, as she now watched a spider crawling across the cobweb.

((I made it up .*lol* =P))
Honeymilk looked around, and finally spotted the spider Pantherpaw was talking about. Going closer, he examined the web, and hissed at the spider, who, frightened, scurried away on all eight legs. Honeymilk watched it run off, and then...
A whole horde of eight-legged creatures were running off, some deeper into the cave, some out of the entrance itself. Honeymilk stood back, and bade his apprentice to do the same. As soon as the mini-stampede had passed, Honeymilk took a closer look around... and he found loads of cobwebs -- here, there, everywhere!
Or, anywhere the spiders would've deemed worthy a place to spin their webs.
"Hurry, Pantherpaw," mewed Honeymilk. He began his favorite way of taking the cobwebs. Using a stick he had found on the floor of the cave, he twirled the cobwebs around them, then moved on to collect the next one.
"We won't need anymore of these collected in a hurry," he chuckled, having taken his first cobweb. He walked to the next one.

"This is cool!" She said excitedly, as she began to pull of the cowebs hanging on the dusty walls. A couple minutes later she collected around 20 cobwebs, and the nshe smiles up t her mentor. "Is this good enough?" she asks a bit tired, but still in good shape.

Honeymilk nodded.
"Yes, that should be enough. Let's head back, shall we?" Honeymilk mewed. He then started to pad back to the medicine cat's den.

"Okay." Sighing, she raced off towards the medicine cat den, and her paws thud quitly against the snow. As she reached into the den, she dropped her heavy cobwebs in a pile near some herbs, and suddenly her stomach rumbles with hunger. Ignoring it, she begins to sort the cobwebs. Once again her stomach rumbles with hunger. Sighing again, she turned her head to Honeymilk. "Can we go for a quick stop to the fresh-kill pile plase?" A third time, her stomach roars.
